Finally, The wait is over Samsung has launched the One UI 5 software. This software is meant for its chosen Galaxy Watches, including the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5. The update brings several useful improvements as compared to the previous version. It focuses on three important aspects of the user experience: better sleep tracking, smarter fitness tools, and enhanced safety features.
SLEEP TRACKING GETS SMARTER
The One UI 5 Watch update brings a new Sleep details UI. This feature gives users a detailed sleep score, showing sleep stages, snoring hours, and blood oxygen levels. Users can also access Sleep Coaching on their Galaxy Watch to help develop healthier sleep habits.

In addition to a better sleep-tracking experience, the update also brings Heart Rate, allowing users to set goals based on their abilities. With five workout strength levels, the watch can provide real-time running study and tailored interval training programs. Galaxy Watch 5 Pro users can access GPX Files through the Samsung Health app for improved route suggestions.
The One UI 5 Watch update aims to enhance user safety with an updated SOS system that enables direct conversation with urgent services, providing the user’s location and medical details. Fall alert will be turned on by default for users aged 55 and older, offering increased safety steps.
